SRA Karting Strengthens Birel Dealer Network In Canada |

St-Roch-de-L'Achigan, October 15th 2010. For the last few years now, SRA customers have been asking us to add an Italian chassis line to our existing product selection. This request has now been fulfilled with the addition of the world-renowned Birel chassis line. One of the most recognized chassis manufacturers in the karting world.
“In business, one of the basic principles is to offer to the customer what the customer wants. It’s no secret that Italy is the karting kingdom of the world and that many of the best chassis manufacturers are in Italy. We are very satisfied with the Arrow chassis; who have given us several Canadian titles in the past 10 years. Many of the top Canadian drivers, who are now driving on other chassis brands, won on Arrow first! Nevertheless, it was getting more and more difficult to ignore our customer’s requests. However, it was out of the question that we associate ourselves with any chassis brand and Birel is without a doubt, one of the top three most recognized chassis brands within the top level of karting” said Michel Boisclair, president of SRA Karting International.
As of the Florida Winter Tour, the SRA Karting Racing Team will race under the Birel chassis colours. “During an event it is very difficult to work on more than one chassis brand at a time and we believe that we can optimize our results if we concentrate our efforts on the same equipment. We will continue to offer the same service to our Arrow customers who prefer staying faithful to this brand. The addition of the Birel line to our product selection is not meant as a demotion of our actual brand, because we still firmly believe that it is an excellent chassis and this is why we have, for a long time, hesitated before adding a second line.”
The Birel products will be available as of January for drivers participating in the Florida Winter Tour and during winter for those wanting to run on this chassis for the 2011 season.
